Hirotaka Hasimoto, Hamura City mayor recently invited U.S. Air Force Col. Andrew Roddan, 374th Airlift Wing commander to the Hamura Tulip Festival and Aso Shrine in Hamura, Japan, April 15, 2024. Hamura is known as the town of flowers, greenery and water; and holds the Tulip Festival in conjunction
