Airmen assigned to the 374th Medical Group participate in an en route patient staging system, or ERPSS, training in support of an internal readiness exercise at Yokota Air Base, Japan, July 19, 2023. An ERPSS allows Airmen to operate in a wide variety of scenarios, such as military operations, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief operations.
