Runners bring the heat for Yokota’s Frostbite Road Race

Taizo Asao, a half-marathon race participant, leaps in the air after finishing the event at the 42nd annual Frostbite Road Race at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Jan. 22, 2023. More than 7,000 attendees from communities neighboring the base participated in fitness events, including a 2-km kids and family run, 5-km run, and a half-marathon, during the event.
