A kayak attached to a rope is flipped over in the water half a mile off the coast of Cape Zanpa, Okinawa, June 13, 2021. The kayak belonged to four Japanese locals who found themselves stranded for 30 minutes off the coast of Cape Zanpa before being rescued by two U.S. Air Force members.
