U.S., Vietnam share medical expertise during PAC Angel 17-2

Christopher Meinhart, an Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) with the 35th Medical Group at Misawa Air Base, Japan, assists doctors, midwives and nurse practitioners from Quang Nam province, Vietnam, with techniques used during difficult deliveries on a labor simulator during a subject matter exchange as part of Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-2 in Tam Ky, Vietnam, Sept. 6, 2017.
