The Yokota Tanabata Dancers perform the Nambu Tawara Tsumiuta dance on stage during the Japan-U.S. Joint Concert Feb. 18, 2017, at the Mizuho View Park Sky Hall in Mizuho, Tokyo, Japan. The Yokota Tanabata Dancers were formed in 1973 as a way to help promote good will and friendship.
