Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft and U.S. Air Force aircraft complete training sorties from the Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska flightline during RED FLAG-Alaska (RF-A) 16-3, Aug. 15, 2016. RF-A enables joint and international units to sharpen their combat skills by flying simulated combat sorties in a realistic threat environment while also allowing them to exchange tactics, techniques and procedures to improve interoperability.
