Yokota honors Patriot Day with tower run event

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --  

The 374th Civil Engineer Squadron Yokota Fire Department held a 9/11 Memorial Tower Run competition at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Sept. 11, 2024. Teams and individuals from Yokota and surrounding areas took part in the run, racing against the clock to earn rewards based on their performance. This annual event honors the bravery of first responders and pays tribute to those who lost their lives from the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
