The members of the TDA are persons of local importance such as presidents of companies and local legislators, including Mr. Kosuke Yoshida, TDA director. Yoshida is a retired JASDF lieutenant general, former Vice Commander of the Air Defense Command, and former member of the Japan-American Air Force Goodwill Association.
