U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force receive two new senior enlisted leaders

U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force commander Lt. Gen. Jerry Martinez (left) presided over a Change of Responsibility ceremony at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Nov. 28, 2018. Chief Master Sgt. Richard. Winegardner Jr. (right) assumed responsibility for the position of U.S. Forces Japan Senior Enlisted Leader. This is the first time USFJ will have a senior enlisted leader dedicated to the development of U.S. enlisted forces in Japan.
